By focusing on digital literacy and vocational training, the government aims to lower the youth unemployment rate and integrate young professionals into the growing regional digital market.\n\n> "Our commitment to the workforce is non-negotiable. We are building a regulatory framework that protects the individual while fostering a climate of innovation and digital opportunity for our youth," stated Durmishi during his address.\n\n### Strengthening Labor Protections\n\nBeyond digital transformation, the discussions centered on tightening enforcement of existing labor laws. Durmishi stressed that the government is working closely with international partners to ensure that the transition to new work models does not come at the expense of fundamental employee protections and workplace safety.
