PODGORICA, Montenegro — Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, is scheduled to arrive in Montenegro this Friday to participate in the high-level EU-Western Balkans summit. The meeting brings together regional leaders and European Union representatives to discuss the acceleration of the integration process and the implementation of the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans.

The agenda for the summit is expected to center on the progress of structural reforms required for EU accession. Leaders will review the alignment of national policies with the European bloc, with a particular focus on economic stability, energy security, and regional cooperation initiatives.

"The path toward the European Union requires unwavering commitment to democratic standards and economic integration. This summit is a pivotal step in ensuring our region remains a priority for Brussels," stated an official close to the planning committee.
