PODGORICA, Montenegro — Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, is scheduled to arrive in Montenegro this Friday to participate in the high-level EU-Western Balkans summit. The meeting brings together regional leaders and European Union representatives to discuss the acceleration of the integration process and the implementation of the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans.
